  • The first workout will take you 20-30 minutes.

    For the best result, the it is recommended to practice exercises four to five times a week (in the morning or in the evening best but up to your lifestyle).

    None of the exercises should be painful. If you feel tension in your neck, shoulders, or face while practicing an exercise, stop, relax, and take a few deep breaths before resuming. If the tension persists, stop the exercise immediately.
